How does onboarding my property work?
We start with a phone call, then a full visit of your property in Annecy. We assess what it needs, set up the management and organise everything: cleaning, check-in, guest communication and listing optimisation.
What types of property do you work with?
We work with owners of studios, one- and two-bedroom flats, apartments, houses and residences in Annecy and the neighbouring towns: Veyrier-du-Lac, Talloires, Sevrier, Annecy-le-Vieux. Each property gets a service suited to its layout and location.
What is your commission?
Our commission is around 20% (excl. VAT) of the revenue generated. No fixed fee, no subscription: you only pay if your property earns bookings. Our interests are fully aligned with yours.
What happens if there is a problem with a guest?
The platforms offer their own host guarantees, on their own terms. If a dispute arises, we support you through the process from start to finish.
